There are whole industries dedicated to telling you you’re broken. You need fixing. You’ll only be good enough when you see a certain number in your bank account. That “success” means having a certain job, looking a certain way and living a certain lifestyle.
Many magazines and wellness coaches will tell you that when you’re embarrassed, guilty, disgusted or simply exhausted enough – you’ll change. But that never worked before and it won’t work now.

As a certified CBT and REBT Heart Coach, whether you’re booking me for a 1:1 session or joining a workshop, I am dedicated to helping you refocus your heart posture and by extension your mindset. I do this by working in partnership with you and Holy Spirit in order to help unlock your full potential.
During your journey, I listen for mental, emotional and spiritual blocks, patterns, and strengths you are currently not seeing. From this, we collaborate on a plan with goals built around the ‘Heart Protocol’ (Habits, Engagement, Alignment, Resilience, Transformation). Ultimately, we’ll get you to a place where you can self-correct, interrupt negativity and be empowered so that you can build forward.
